目的:探讨无缝隙护理管理制度在妇产科中的实施效果,以提高对护理工作的满意度。方法选取本院妇产科2013年1~12月收治的120例患者作为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为无缝隙护理组和对照组,两组患者均进行常规治疗和护理,包括药物护理、环境护理和心理护理等。无缝隙护理组患者在此基础上加用无缝隙护理管理制度进行护理。护理后记录两组患者的SAS、SDS、护理满意度和护患纠纷发生率。结果两组患者护理前SAS和SDS得分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),护理后无缝隙护理组的SAS和SDS得分均比治疗前和对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无缝隙护理组患者对护理工作的满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。无缝隙护理组护患纠纷发生率为1.7%,对照组为13.3%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论无缝隙护理管理制度的建立和实施,既降低了护患纠纷事件的发生率,又提高了患者对护理工作的满意度和心理舒适度,具有较高的临床应用价值,值得在临床推广应用。

목적:탐토무봉극호리관리제도재부산과중적실시효과,이제고대호리공작적만의도。방법선취본원부산과2013년1~12월수치적120례환자작위연구대상,장소유환자수궤분위무봉극호리조화대조조,량조환자균진행상규치료화호리,포괄약물호리、배경호리화심리호리등。무봉극호리조환자재차기출상가용무봉극호리관리제도진행호리。호리후기록량조환자적SAS、SDS、호리만의도화호환규분발생솔。결과량조환자호리전SAS화SDS득분차이무통계학의의(P>0.05),호리후무봉극호리조적SAS화SDS득분균비치료전화대조조저,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。무봉극호리조환자대호리공작적만의도고우대조조,차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。무봉극호리조호환규분발생솔위1.7%,대조조위13.3%,량조비교차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론무봉극호리관리제도적건립화실시,기강저료호환규분사건적발생솔,우제고료환자대호리공작적만의도화심리서괄도,구유교고적림상응용개치,치득재림상추엄응용。
Objective To investigate the effect of seamless nursing menagement in gynaecology and obstetrics depart-ment,in order to improve the nursing satisfaction. Methods 120 patients who had been treated in gynaecology and ob-stetrics department from January to December 2013 were selected as research objects.They were randomly divided into seamless nursing group and control group.Conventional treatment and nursing,such as grug nursing,environment health nursing and mental nursing were given to control group.On the basis of of this,traditional seamless nursing was given to seamless nursing group.Then,the SAS,SDS,nursing satisfaction score and nurse-patient disputes rate were evaluated be-tween the two groups. Results Before nursing managemet,the variation had not statistical significance on SAS and SDS. But SAS and SDS score in seamless nursing group after nursing were higher than control group,the difference was sta-tistically significant (P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in seamless nursing group was higher than control group,the dif-ference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The nurse-patient disputes rate in seamless nursing group was 1.7%,and it was 13.3%in the control group,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Seamless nursing man-agemet will not only decrese nurse-patient disputes rate,but also improve the nursing satisfaction and psychological comfort.It is worth of being popularized clinically.
