目的:分析纤维化指标在糖尿病肾病(DN)血瘀证与非血瘀证间表达水平的差异,验证“血瘀证是导致DN肾纤维化的主要病机”的中医理论。方法依照中医辨证将本院60例以DN患者分为血瘀证组(A组)与非血瘀证组(B组),另设健康对照组(C组),检测各组的纤维化相关指标,并进行统计分析。结果 A、B组的血清Ⅲ型前胶原(PCⅢ)、透明质酸(HA)、人基质金属蛋白酶组织抑制因子-1(TIMP-1)含量与健康对照组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),A、B组的TIMP-1含量比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 DN血瘀证组的纤维化程度重,与中医理论认为“血瘀是导致DN肾纤维化的主要病机”相符。

목적:분석섬유화지표재당뇨병신병(DN)혈어증여비혈어증간표체수평적차이,험증“혈어증시도치DN신섬유화적주요병궤”적중의이론。방법의조중의변증장본원60례이DN환자분위혈어증조(A조)여비혈어증조(B조),령설건강대조조(C조),검측각조적섬유화상관지표,병진행통계분석。결과 A、B조적혈청Ⅲ형전효원(PCⅢ)、투명질산(HA)、인기질금속단백매조직억제인자-1(TIMP-1)함량여건강대조조비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01),A、B조적TIMP-1함량비교,차이유통계학의의(P<0.01)。결론 DN혈어증조적섬유화정도중,여중의이론인위“혈어시도치DN신섬유화적주요병궤”상부。
Objective To analyze the difference of expression level of fibrosis indexes between blood stasis syndrome and none-blood stasis syndrome in diabetic nephropathy (DN) to verify the theory of traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) that"blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of renal fibrosis in DN". Methods According to syndrome differenti-ation of TCM,60 patients with DN in our hospital were divided into the blood stasis syndrome group (the group A) and the none-blood stasis syndrome group (the group B),another healthy control group (the group C) was set up,fibrosis re-lated indicators of all samples were tested,and the data was analyzed. Results All DN patients’serum HA,PCⅢ,TIMP-1 were higher than those the healthy control group (P<0.01),The difference of TIMP-1 level between between the blood stasis syndrome and the blood stasis syndrome group was significant (P<0.01). Conclusion The degree of fibrosis was heavy in blood stasis syndrome group of DN,it matches with the theory that "blood stasis is the main pathogenesis of renal fibrosis in DN".
