目的：观察清肝明目汤联合西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎的临床效果。方法选取2010年8月~2013年8月本院收治的90例单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎患者，将其随机分为对照组和治疗组各45例，对照组单纯给予西药治疗，治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上给予清肝明目汤，比较两组的临床疗效。结果治疗组临床治疗时间短于对照组，视力恢复程度高于对照组，视觉模拟评分低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组不良反应发生率明显低于对照组，差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论清肝明目汤联合西药治疗单纯疱疹病毒性角膜炎效果明显，能有效改善患者视力，值得临床推广应用。
목적：관찰청간명목탕연합서약치료단순포진병독성각막염적림상효과。방법선취2010년8월~2013년8월본원수치적90례단순포진병독성각막염환자，장기수궤분위대조조화치료조각45례，대조조단순급여서약치료，치료조재대조조치료적기출상급여청간명목탕，비교량조적림상료효。결과치료조림상치료시간단우대조조，시력회복정도고우대조조，시각모의평분저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。치료조불량반응발생솔명현저우대조조，차이유통계학의의(P<0.05)。결론청간명목탕연합서약치료단순포진병독성각막염효과명현，능유효개선환자시력，치득림상추엄응용。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qinggan Mingmu Tang combined with western medicine in the treatment of herpes simplex keratitis. Methods 90 cases of patients with herpes simplex keratitis were selected in our hospital from August 2010 to August 2013,and were randomly divided into control group and treatment group,45 cases of patients in the control group were treated with western medicine,while 45 cases of patients in the treatment group were treated with Qinggan Mingmu Tang on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy was compared between two groups. Results The treatment time of treatment group was shorter than that of control group,the recovery of visual acuity was higher than that of control group,and visual simulation score was lower than that of control group,the differ-ence was significance (P<0.05);the incidence of adverse reaction in the treatment group was lower than that of the con-trol group,the difference was significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Qinggan Mingmu Tang combined with western medicine in treating herpes simplex keratitis has an obvious effect,can effectively improve the visual acuity,it is worthy of popu-larization and application in clinic.
