目的：探讨输尿管镜下钬激光碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床效果。方法选取2011年4月~2013年12月在本院进行治疗的输尿管结石患者72例，分为观察组和对照组，每组各36例。观察组采用输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术，对照组采用开放性手术，比较两组的结石清除成功率以及术中、术后相关指标。结果观察组的结石清除率、术后复发率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)；观察组的手术时间、下床活动时间短于对照组，术中出血量少于对照组，术后并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论输尿管镜下钬激光碎石术能够安全、有效地对输尿管结石进行治疗。
목적：탐토수뇨관경하화격광쇄석치료수뇨관결석적림상효과。방법선취2011년4월~2013년12월재본원진행치료적수뇨관결석환자72례，분위관찰조화대조조，매조각36례。관찰조채용수뇨관경하화격광쇄석술，대조조채용개방성수술，비교량조적결석청제성공솔이급술중、술후상관지표。결과관찰조적결석청제솔、술후복발솔여대조조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)；관찰조적수술시간、하상활동시간단우대조조，술중출혈량소우대조조，술후병발증발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。결론수뇨관경하화격광쇄석술능구안전、유효지대수뇨관결석진행치료。
Objective To explore the clinical effect of holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope treating ureteral calculus. Methods 72 patients with ureteral calculus admitted into our hospital from April 2011 to December 2013 were selected and divided into the observation group (n=36) and the control group (n=36).The observation group was treated with holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope,while the control group was treated with open surgery.The calculus clearance rate and the indicators before and after the surgery were compared between the two groups. Results The rate of calculus clearance and reoccurrence between the two groups had no statistical difference (P>0.05).The oper-ation time,postoperative activity time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,intraoperative bleeding in the observation group was fewer than that in the control group,the incidence rate of complication in the ob-servation group was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The holmium laser lithotripsy under ureteroscope can treat ureteral calculus safely and efficiently.
