目的探讨Fixion膨胀髓内钉治疗肱骨干骨折的临床疗效。方法应用Fixion膨胀髓内钉系统进行手术内固定20例。结果20例病例中19例达到骨折临床愈合，1例发生骨不连更换钢板及植骨固定后愈合，优良率90%。结论此法操作简便，切口小，创伤少，手术时间短，术后恢复快，适合治疗肱骨干骨折。
目的探討Fixion膨脹髓內釘治療肱骨榦骨摺的臨床療效。方法應用Fixion膨脹髓內釘繫統進行手術內固定20例。結果20例病例中19例達到骨摺臨床愈閤，1例髮生骨不連更換鋼闆及植骨固定後愈閤，優良率90%。結論此法操作簡便，切口小，創傷少，手術時間短，術後恢複快，適閤治療肱骨榦骨摺。
목적탐토Fixion팽창수내정치료굉골간골절적림상료효。방법응용Fixion팽창수내정계통진행수술내고정20례。결과20례병례중19례체도골절림상유합，1례발생골불련경환강판급식골고정후유합，우량솔90%。결론차법조작간편，절구소，창상소，수술시간단，술후회복쾌，괄합치료굉골간골절。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef ect of Fixion expansion for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture with intramedul ary nail. Methods The application of Fixion expandable intramedul ary nail system operation internal fixation in 20 cases. Results Among the 20 cases, 19 cases achieved clinical healing, 1 cases of bone nonunion and bone graft replacement of the steel plate fixation after healing, the excellent and good rate was 90%. Conclusion The method is simple, smal incision, less trauma, short operation time, rapid postoperative recovery, is suitable for the treatment of humeral shaft fracture.
