目的皮下注射胰岛素与中医辨证论治治疗糖尿病肾病28例。方法采用皮下注射胰岛素控制血糖，同时按照中医辩证将患者按照气阴两虚、湿瘀内阻；脾肾阳虚、湿浊内停；阴阳两虚，湿瘀内蓄三型口服汤药施治，3个月后观察疗效。结果显效16例(57.1%)，有效9例(32.1%)，无效3例(10.7%)，总有效率为89.3豫。结论中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病疗效可靠。

목적피하주사이도소여중의변증론치치료당뇨병신병28례。방법채용피하주사이도소공제혈당，동시안조중의변증장환자안조기음량허、습어내조；비신양허、습탁내정；음양량허，습어내축삼형구복탕약시치，3개월후관찰료효。결과현효16례(57.1%)，유효9례(32.1%)，무효3례(10.7%)，총유효솔위89.3예。결론중서의결합치료당뇨병신병료효가고。
