目的探讨如意金黄散不同调配方法应用于闭合性骨折患者急性期肿胀的效果。方法20员3年9月~2014年1月选取在钟祥市人民医院骨二科治疗的40例闭合性骨折患者为研究对象，按入院顺序分组，每组10例，使用4种不同溶剂调配的如意金黄散外敷。结果治疗结束后观察四组患者效果比较。结论4种调配方法均有利于闭合性骨折早期消肿止痛，以蜂蜜调配的如意金黄散性能稳定，方便实用，患者舒适易于接受，最值得临床推广。

목적탐토여의금황산불동조배방법응용우폐합성골절환자급성기종창적효과。방법20원3년9월~2014년1월선취재종상시인민의원골이과치료적40례폐합성골절환자위연구대상，안입원순서분조，매조10례，사용4충불동용제조배적여의금황산외부。결과치료결속후관찰사조환자효과비교。결론4충조배방법균유리우폐합성골절조기소종지통，이봉밀조배적여의금황산성능은정，방편실용，환자서괄역우접수，최치득림상추엄。
Objective To investigate the dif erent allocation of Ruyi Jinhuang powder method is applied to the closed fractures in patients with acute cerebral swel ing ef ect. Methods From 2013 September to 2014 January in Zhongxiang People's Hospital in two families selected bone in treatment of 40 cases of closed fracture patients as the research object, grouped according to the order of admission, 10 cases in each group, using four different solvent deployment of Ruyi Jinhuang powder. Results There are four kinds of al ocation method for early conclusion of closed fracture of acetanilide detumescence, Ruyi Jinhuang powder with honey deployment of stable performance, convenient and practical, comfortable and easy to accept patients. The most worthy of promotion.
