目的基于目前已获得的最佳证据，全面了解与评价我院护理科研历程、趋势、成果以及存在的问题。为进一步提高我院护理科研水平与加强护理人才培养提供客观依据和建议。方法系统检索中国期刊全文数据库(CNKI)和万方数据库，选取符合纳入标准与排除标准的论文。采用Microsoft excel与SPSS 21.0统计学软件对各年论文发表量、期刊等级与期刊论文分布、研究领域与内容、作者分布等相关资料进行分析。结果①截止2013年7月，我院护理人员发表论文总计871篇，其中核心期刊97篇，A类300篇，B类474篇。②论文分布于93种期刊，其中核心期刊10种；A类期刊22种；B类期刊64种。③临床护理类论文最多，占60.39%，而循证护理类、社区护理类分别仅有3篇、10篇。④护理体会类论文432篇，而研究型文献(干预研究、调查研究和应用研究)299篇，仅占34.32%。⑤第一作者人数总计326，发表论文数量达10篇以上有11人，而其中146人仅发表1篇论文。结论加强护理科研人才培养；深入系统研究,加强质性研究；提倡运用循证护理新模式，紧跟发展趋势；加强护理与各学科、各区域医院协作。

목적기우목전이획득적최가증거，전면료해여평개아원호이과연역정、추세、성과이급존재적문제。위진일보제고아원호이과연수평여가강호리인재배양제공객관의거화건의。방법계통검색중국기간전문수거고(CNKI)화만방수거고，선취부합납입표준여배제표준적논문。채용Microsoft excel여SPSS 21.0통계학연건대각년논문발표량、기간등급여기간논문분포、연구영역여내용、작자분포등상관자료진행분석。결과①절지2013년7월，아원호리인원발표논문총계871편，기중핵심기간97편，A류300편，B류474편。②논문분포우93충기간，기중핵심기간10충；A류기간22충；B류기간64충。③림상호리류논문최다，점60.39%，이순증호리류、사구호리류분별부유3편、10편。④호리체회류논문432편，이연구형문헌(간예연구、조사연구화응용연구)299편，부점34.32%。⑤제일작자인수총계326，발표논문수량체10편이상유11인，이기중146인부발표1편논문。결론가강호이과연인재배양；심입계통연구,가강질성연구；제창운용순증호리신모식，긴근발전추세；가강호리여각학과、각구역의원협작。
Objective Based on the best available evidence has been obtained, a comprehensive understanding and evaluation of hospital nursing research course, trends, achievements and problems . To further enhance the level of scientific research and hospital intensive care nursing personnel training provide an objective basis and recommendations. Methods System retrieves Chinese Academic Journal (CNKI) and Wanfang database, select met the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of the paper. Using Microsoft excelland SPSS 21.0 statistical software for each of the papers published volume, periodicals distribution level and Papers, research and content, the authors analyzed the distribution and other related information. Results (1) As of July 2013, our hospital nurses published a total 871, of which 97 core journals, A Class 300, B class 474. (2) the distribution of papers in the 93 kinds of journals, core journals of which 10 kinds;A journals 22 kinds; B 64 kinds of journals. (3)clinical nursing class most papers, accounting for 60.39% , while the evidence-based nursing, community nursing class were only 3,10.(4) Nursing 432 class papers, and research literature (including intervention studies, surveys and applied research) 299,accounting for 34.32%.(5)the number of total 326 first author, the number of papers published over 10 have more than 11 people, while 146 people only published one paper. Conclusion Strengthen nursing research personnel training; thorough systematic research to enhance qualitative research; promote the use of evidence-based nursing new model, fol owed trends; strengthening nursing and various disciplines, the regional hospital col aboration.
