目的探讨直视下钬激光内切开术治疗尿道狭窄的疗效。方法对26例尿道狭窄患者进行直视下钬激光内切开术，术后观察其疗效并进行随访。结果26例均手术成功。术后随访3个月~3年，24例均自主排尿通畅；2例出现再次狭窄，再次内切开术后，自主排尿通畅。结论钬激光内切开术治疗尿道狭窄是一种安全可靠的微创手术，创伤小，术后痛苦小，并发症少，且可多次手术。但对复杂性尿道狭窄(尿道狭窄长度P>3 cm)疗效不佳，应选用其它手术方法。
목적탐토직시하화격광내절개술치료뇨도협착적료효。방법대26례뇨도협착환자진행직시하화격광내절개술，술후관찰기료효병진행수방。결과26례균수술성공。술후수방3개월~3년，24례균자주배뇨통창；2례출현재차협착，재차내절개술후，자주배뇨통창。결론화격광내절개술치료뇨도협착시일충안전가고적미창수술，창상소，술후통고소，병발증소，차가다차수술。단대복잡성뇨도협착(뇨도협착장도P>3 cm)료효불가，응선용기타수술방법。
Objective To investigate the ef icacy of treatment of urethral stricture by holmium laser urethroscopic endotomy under direct vision. Methods Twenty-six patients with urethral stricture were treafect by holium laser urethroscopic endotomy under direct vision,and were fol owed up after operation to observe their ef icacy Results Twenty-six patients,surgery were successful. postoperative follow-up During of 3 months to 3 years, 24 patients had automatic micturition unobstructed;restenosis were found in 2 patients who again obstained, automatic micturition unobstructed after again holium laser urethroscopic endotomy. Conclusion Holmium laser urethroscopic endotomy in treatment of urethral stricture is a safe,reliable minimal y invasive surgery, with advantages of less trauma, lit le postoperative pain, fewer complications, and feasible repetitive operations, but for complex urethral stricture (urethral stricture lengths >3cm) its efficacy is poor 1, and other methods should be used.
