目的：探讨精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪对患者临床治疗情况的影响。方法：对300例精神分裂症患者按照家属按照汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）进行焦虑评分。分析患者的治疗效果及家属焦虑情绪对患者治疗效果的影响。结果：所有患者经治疗2周后简明精神病评定量表（BPRS）、阴性症状评定量表（SANS）、汉密尔顿焦虑量表（HAMA）及临床疗效总评量表（CGI）评分比较均较治疗前明显改善（t=6.742，P=0.000；t=7.342，P=0.000；t=9.803，P=0.000；t=4.947，P=0.000）。同时患者家属HAMA 评分与患者 CGI 评分改善程度存在显著的负向直线相关关系（R=-0.834，P=0.000）。结论：精神分裂症患者家属焦虑情绪可显著影响患者的临床治疗效果，临床也应重视对患者家属情况的调节。
목적：탐토정신분렬증환자가속초필정서대환자림상치료정황적영향。방법：대300례정신분렬증환자안조가속안조한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）진행초필평분。분석환자적치료효과급가속초필정서대환자치료효과적영향。결과：소유환자경치료2주후간명정신병평정량표（BPRS）、음성증상평정량표（SANS）、한밀이돈초필량표（HAMA）급림상료효총평량표（CGI）평분비교균교치료전명현개선（t=6.742，P=0.000；t=7.342，P=0.000；t=9.803，P=0.000；t=4.947，P=0.000）。동시환자가속HAMA 평분여환자 CGI 평분개선정도존재현저적부향직선상관관계（R=-0.834，P=0.000）。결론：정신분렬증환자가속초필정서가현저영향환자적림상치료효과，림상야응중시대환자가속정황적조절。
objective:To study the families of patients with schizophrenia anxiety of patients with clinical treatment effect. Methods:300 cases of patients with schizophrenia in accordance with the families members shall be carried out in accordance with the Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) anxiety score. CGI score and patients families HAMA score has negative linear correlation (R=-0.834,P=0.000). Conclusion: Schizophrenia patients` families anxiety can significantly influence the patient`s clinical curative effect, clinical should also pay much attention to the adjustment of the patient`s family situation.
