目的探讨黄芪扶正颗粒治疗心力衰竭的临床疗效。方法收集60例慢性心力衰竭患者临床资料，随机分为两组，各30例。对照组给予抗心衰基础治疗，治疗组加用黄芪扶正颗粒。对比两组患者治疗总有效率、心室功能、BNP水平以及不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)；治疗后，治疗组左心室射血分数、心输出量、E/A与治疗前和对照组相比，均有显著性差异(P<0.01，P<0.05)；治疗后，两组患者BNP水平均有显著改善，但是治疗组程度较对照组显著(P<0.05)。观察组对美托洛尔、卡托普利的耐受剂量显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论黄芪扶正颗粒治疗慢性心力衰竭安全有效，能够改善患者左心室功能，提高机体对美托洛尔、卡托普利的耐受剂量，利于BNP水平恢复。
목적탐토황기부정과립치료심력쇠갈적림상료효。방법수집60례만성심력쇠갈환자림상자료，수궤분위량조，각30례。대조조급여항심쇠기출치료，치료조가용황기부정과립。대비량조환자치료총유효솔、심실공능、BNP수평이급불량반응발생정황。결과치료조총유효솔현저고우대조조(P<0.05)；치료후，치료조좌심실사혈분수、심수출량、E/A여치료전화대조조상비，균유현저성차이(P<0.01，P<0.05)；치료후，량조환자BNP수평균유현저개선，단시치료조정도교대조조현저(P<0.05)。관찰조대미탁락이、잡탁보리적내수제량현저고우대조조(P<0.05)。결론황기부정과립치료만성심력쇠갈안전유효，능구개선환자좌심실공능，제고궤체대미탁락이、잡탁보리적내수제량，리우BNP수평회복。
Objective To investigate the clinical ef icacy of treatment of heart failure Astragalus righting particles . Methods The clinical data of patients with chronic heart failure, 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups , each of 30 cases . The control group received basic anti-heart failure treatment , the treatment group Astragalus righting particles. Contrast the treatment of patients with total ef ective rate , ventricular function , BNP levels and adverse events . Results The total ef ective rate was significantly higher ( <0.05); After treatment, the treatment group, left ventricular ejection fraction , cardiac output, front E / A treatment compared with the control group , there were significant dif erences ( <0.01, <0.05); after treatment , BNP levels were significantly improved in both groups , but the extent of the treatment group compared with the control group was significantly ( <0.05). Tolerated dose group for observation metoprolol, captopril significantly higher for the control group ( <0.05). Conclusion Astragalus righting particles safe and ef ective treatment of chronic heart failure can improve left ventricular function, improve the body's tolerance dose of metoprolol , captopril , BNP levels conducive to recovery .
