[目的]了解社区2型糖尿病病人足部自我护理行为现状，分析其相关因素并找出薄弱环节，提出相应的对策。[方法]随机抽取咸宁市3个社区，对已建立健康档案的150例2型糖尿病病人进行问卷调查。[结果]社区2型糖尿病病人足部自我护理行为呈中等水平(59.60%)，足部护理知识和技能、年龄、病程、家庭平均月收入等是护理行为的重要影响因素。[结论]社区2型糖尿病病人足部护理自我护理行为有待提高，应加大社区2型糖尿病病人足部护理健康教育的力度，以帮助其建立良好的足部自我护理行为，减少糖尿病足的发生。

[목적]료해사구2형당뇨병병인족부자아호리행위현상，분석기상관인소병조출박약배절，제출상응적대책。[방법]수궤추취함저시3개사구，대이건립건강당안적150례2형당뇨병병인진행문권조사。[결과]사구2형당뇨병병인족부자아호리행위정중등수평(59.60%)，족부호리지식화기능、년령、병정、가정평균월수입등시호리행위적중요영향인소。[결론]사구2형당뇨병병인족부호리자아호리행위유대제고，응가대사구2형당뇨병병인족부호리건강교육적력도，이방조기건립량호적족부자아호리행위，감소당뇨병족적발생。
Obj ective:To know about the status quo of foot self-care be-haviors of community type 2 diabetes patients,and analyze the related factors and find out the weak links,and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.Methods:Three communities in Xianning City were randomly selected,and health records were established for a total of 150 cases of type 2 diabetes patients,then they received questionnaire.Re-sults:Self care behaviors of community type 2 diabetes patients in foot care were at medium level (59.60%),foot care knowledge and skills, age,duration,average monthly household income were the important in-fluencing factors.Conclusion:self care behaviors of community type 2 diabetes patients in foot care needs to be improved,the health education on them should be strengthened,so as to help them establish good foot self care behaviors and reduce the incidence of diabetic foot.
