[目的]探讨建立病人俱乐部对经外周静脉置入中心静脉导管(PICC)病人带管并发症的影响。[方法]将440例 PICC置管病人随机分为观察组和对照组，对照组采用常规护理，观察组加入病人俱乐部，在常规护理的基础上给予针对性的认知干预。采用自我护理能力测定量表(ESCA)进行自我护理能力评分，比较两组病人导管并发症发生情况。[结果]观察组病人加入病人俱乐部后 ESCA 总分、自我护理技能、自我概念和健康知识水平得分高于加入前(P<0.05)；观察组病人导管并发症发生率低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论] PICC置管病人俱乐部的健康教育模式能有效提高 PICC 置管病人的自我护理能力，减少并发症的发生。
[목적]탐토건립병인구악부대경외주정맥치입중심정맥도관(PICC)병인대관병발증적영향。[방법]장440례 PICC치관병인수궤분위관찰조화대조조，대조조채용상규호리，관찰조가입병인구악부，재상규호리적기출상급여침대성적인지간예。채용자아호리능력측정량표(ESCA)진행자아호리능력평분，비교량조병인도관병발증발생정황。[결과]관찰조병인가입병인구악부후 ESCA 총분、자아호리기능、자아개념화건강지식수평득분고우가입전(P<0.05)；관찰조병인도관병발증발생솔저우대조조(P<0.05)。[결론] PICC치관병인구악부적건강교육모식능유효제고 PICC 치관병인적자아호리능력，감소병발증적발생。
Obj ective:To probe into the influence of establishment of patients club on complications with pipe in PICC catheter patients. Methods:A total of 440 cases of PICC catheter patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group.Patients in control group received routine care,patients in observation group joined into patients club were given targeted cognition intervention on the basis of routine care.The self care scale (ESCA)was used for the self care ability score,and to compare the incidence of catheter complications of patients between two groups.Results:The total ESCA scores,self care skills,self concept and health knowledge scores of patients after j oining in patients club in observation group were higher than that before joining (P<0.05);the incidence of catheter complications in patients in observation group was lower than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:health education model for PICC catheter patient club can improve self care capacity of PICC catheter patient and reduce the in-cidence of complications.
