目的:探讨瑜伽练习对精神科女性医护人员职业倦怠感的有效性。方法于2012年5月从温州市第七人民医院女性医护人员中随机挑选出100名,采用方便取样随机分组的方法将其分为实验组和对照组,各50名,实验组进行为期半年的瑜伽练习,对照组不做瑜伽练习。在练习前及练习结束后采用焦虑自评量表、马斯勒职业倦怠量表进行评估;并对焦虑及职业倦怠感之间的关系进行相关性分析,采用SPSS 13.0统计软件进行统计。结果练习前精神科女性医护人员中对照组的焦虑水平为(37.06±6.94)分,职业倦怠感为(36.00±12.33)分,实验组的焦虑水平为(40.24±9.75)分,职业倦怠感为(42.70±20.84)分,两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。半年后,实验组的焦虑水平为(39.46±8.37)分,职业倦怠感为(36.67±13.66)分,与实验前及对照组实验后比较差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05);而其焦虑水平跟职业倦怠呈正相关性。结论瑜伽练习可有效降低精神科女性医务工作人员的职业倦怠感,提升生活满意度。

목적:탐토유가연습대정신과녀성의호인원직업권태감적유효성。방법우2012년5월종온주시제칠인민의원녀성의호인원중수궤도선출100명,채용방편취양수궤분조적방법장기분위실험조화대조조,각50명,실험조진행위기반년적유가연습,대조조불주유가연습。재연습전급연습결속후채용초필자평량표、마사륵직업권태량표진행평고;병대초필급직업권태감지간적관계진행상관성분석,채용SPSS 13.0통계연건진행통계。결과연습전정신과녀성의호인원중대조조적초필수평위(37.06±6.94)분,직업권태감위(36.00±12.33)분,실험조적초필수평위(40.24±9.75)분,직업권태감위(42.70±20.84)분,량조비교차이무통계학의의(P>0.05)。반년후,실험조적초필수평위(39.46±8.37)분,직업권태감위(36.67±13.66)분,여실험전급대조조실험후비교차이균유통계학의의(균P<0.05);이기초필수평근직업권태정정상관성。결론유가연습가유효강저정신과녀성의무공작인원적직업권태감,제승생활만의도。
Objective To explore the effective of feeling for job burnout by yoga practice of female psychiatric nurses in psychiatry. Methods From Wenzhou Seventh People's Hospital, 100 women in May 2012 were randomly chosen by using convenient sampling, and divided into the experiment group and the control group, each had 50 cases, the exper-iment group were given yoga practice for half a year, the control group was not given yoga practice, after practice and before practice, the self-assessment lists of anxiety, Maslaoh job burnout scale was used to evaluate the effect; the cor-relation analysis for relationship between the anxiety and sense of job burnout was given, SPSS13.0 statistics software was used. Results Psychiatric female nurses before practice, the anxiety level in the control group was (37.06±6.94) score, job burnout feeling was (36.00±12.33) score, level of anxiety in the experiment group was (40.24±9.75) score, job burnout feeling was (42.70±20.84), comparison between the two groups had no statistical significance (P> 0.05). After six months, the level of anxiety in the experiment group was (39.46±8.37) score, the sense of job burnout was (36.67±13.66) score, the differences compared with the experiment before and the control group after experiment were statisti-cally significant (all P<0.05);and the anxiety level was positively correlation with job burnout. Conclusion The yoga prac-tice can effectively reduce the psychiatric female medical staff job burnout feeling, and increase the life satisfaction.
