目的:分析盆部原发肿瘤病变病理类型、临床特点及C T表现,探讨盆部原发肿瘤解剖学基础。方法:以右江民族医学院附属医院2010年5月至2014年5月收治的21例盆部原发肿瘤患者为研究对象,对其病灶性质、边缘、密度以及解剖部位同周围组织关系等进行回顾性分析。结果:经病理及手术证实,21例盆部原发肿瘤患者中恶性肿瘤16例,良性肿瘤5例。15例瘤体位于盆部,6例累计腹部和盆腔。CT增强表现囊实性9例,实质性12例。肿块周围脂肪间隙受侵11例,肿块周围脂肪间隙清晰10例。7例病灶内有钙化现象。结论:盆部原发性肿瘤恶性占比较高,病变类型较复杂,通过C T增强扫描可准确确定肿瘤部位及解刨结构,对判断肿瘤性质,做出准确诊断具有积极意义。

Objective: to analyze the pelvic primary tumor pathologic type, clinical characteristics and CT findings of pelvic, primary tumor anatomy. Methods: The Affiliated Hospital of Youjiang Medical Col ege For Nationalities from May to 2014 2010 May treated 21 cases of pelvic tumor patients as the research object, the nature of the lesion, edge, density and anatomic relationship with surrounding tissue were analyzed retrospectively. Results: confirmed by pathology and operation, 21 cases of primary malignant tumor of pelvis tumor in 16 cases, 5 cases of benign tumor. 15 cases of tumors located in the basin, a total of 6 cases of abdominal and pelvic. CT findings of cystic in 9 cases, 12 cases of substantial. Fat clearance around the mass was found in 11 cases, mass surrounding fat clearance was clear in 10 cases. The lesions of 7 cases with calcification. Conclusion: pelvic primary malignant tumor accounted for relatively high, lesion type is complex, enhanced scan can accurately determine the location of the tumor and the solution of plane structure by CT, to determine the nature of the tumor, make accurate diagnosis is of positive significance.
