目的：探讨泌尿外科围手术期低体温的危害及相关护理对策。方法：选取60例在我院进行治疗的泌尿外科患者，将其平均分成两组，每组30例，对照组采用常规护理干预，实验组的则采用优质护理干预，归纳围手术期各环节保温护理措施，总结相关护理对策。结果：实验组低温发生率（43.34%）明显低于对照组低温发生率（16.67%），且实验组无体温所导致术后并发症明显低于对照组的（26.67%），统计学上有意义（p<0.05）。结论：在围手术期对患者采取保温措施可显著降低患者低体温的发生率，提高临床护理质量，使患者顺利康复。

목적：탐토비뇨외과위수술기저체온적위해급상관호리대책。방법：선취60례재아원진행치료적비뇨외과환자，장기평균분성량조，매조30례，대조조채용상규호리간예，실험조적칙채용우질호리간예，귀납위수술기각배절보온호리조시，총결상관호리대책。결과：실험조저온발생솔（43.34%）명현저우대조조저온발생솔（16.67%），차실험조무체온소도치술후병발증명현저우대조조적（26.67%），통계학상유의의（p<0.05）。결론：재위수술기대환자채취보온조시가현저강저환자저체온적발생솔，제고림상호리질량，사환자순리강복。
Objective:To study the harm of urology perioperative hypothermia and the related nursing countermeasure.Methods: Select 60 cases patients treated in our hospital uropoiesis surgical department, the average is divided into two groups, each group 30 cases and control group using conventional nursing intervention, the experimental group is made of high quality nursing intervention, summarized perioperative insulation nursing measures of each link, summarizes the related nursing countermeasure. Results: Experimental group (43.34%), the incidence of low temperature significantly lower than control group in low temperature rate (16.67%), and the experimental group without temperature caused by postoperative complications were significantly lower than the control group (26.67%), there are statistical y significant (p<0.05). Conclusion: In perioperative patients with heat preservation measures can significantly reduce the incidence rate of patients with low temperature, improve the quality of clinical nursing, patients recover smoothly.
