目的：探讨创口保护膜联合雷佛奴尔湿敷对大便失禁皮肤糜烂的临床疗效。方法56例肛周皮肤糜烂患者随机分为观察组和对照组各28例，观察组清洁糜烂皮肤后，先用雷佛奴尔纱块湿敷，然后喷洒3M创口保护膜；对照组患者清洁糜烂皮肤后，先外涂氧化锌软膏，然后喷洒3M创口保护膜。比较两组的皮肤糜烂愈合情况、平均愈合时间和护理的满意度。结果观察组的总有效率为92.9%，显著高于对照组的67.9%（P<0.05）；观察组的平均愈合时间显著短于对照组（8.7±2.1 vs 13.5±3.8，P<0.05）；观察组患者对护理的满意度为100.0%，显著高于对照的82.1%（P<0.05）。结论创口保护膜联合雷佛奴尔湿敷治疗大便失禁皮肤糜烂疗效显著，可以缩短患者的愈合时间，值得在临床推广。
목적：탐토창구보호막연합뢰불노이습부대대편실금피부미란적림상료효。방법56례항주피부미란환자수궤분위관찰조화대조조각28례，관찰조청길미란피부후，선용뢰불노이사괴습부，연후분쇄3M창구보호막；대조조환자청길미란피부후，선외도양화자연고，연후분쇄3M창구보호막。비교량조적피부미란유합정황、평균유합시간화호리적만의도。결과관찰조적총유효솔위92.9%，현저고우대조조적67.9%（P<0.05）；관찰조적평균유합시간현저단우대조조（8.7±2.1 vs 13.5±3.8，P<0.05）；관찰조환자대호리적만의도위100.0%，현저고우대조적82.1%（P<0.05）。결론창구보호막연합뢰불노이습부치료대편실금피부미란료효현저，가이축단환자적유합시간，치득재림상추엄。
Objective To explore the effect of 3M cavilon combined with rivanol wet compress in patients of fecal incontinence associated erosion. Methods 56 perianal erosion patients were divided into experimental group (28 patients) and control group (28 patients) at random. After debridement, the experimental group were treated with 3M cavilon after wet compressed with rivanol, and the control group were treated with 3M cavilon after applied unguentum zinci oxidi. The healing situation, average healing time and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared according to the col ected data. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group (92.9%) was significantly higher than the control group’s (67.9%), the healing time of the experimental group (8.7±2.1 d) was significantly decreased than the control group’s (13.5±3.8 d), and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group (100%) was higher than the control group’s (82.1%). Conclusions 3M cavilon combined with rivanol wet compress in patients of fecal incontinence associated erosion could get a marked curative effect and decreased healing time, it is worth to generalize.
