目的：研究血糖波动对2型糖尿病患者脂肪酸结合蛋白的影响。方法2型糖尿病患者40例，健康者20例，测定空腹血糖、餐后2小时血糖、糖化血红蛋白、体重指数、血压，总胆固醇、甘油三酯、脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白，按血糖波动将2型糖尿病患者分为A组（差值＜6mmol/L），B组（差值≧6mmol/L），比较各组脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白水平。结果血糖波动越大，脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白浓度越高结论2型糖尿病患者血糖波动与脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白浓度相关，可作为评估2型糖尿病危险因素指标之一。

목적：연구혈당파동대2형당뇨병환자지방산결합단백적영향。방법2형당뇨병환자40례，건강자20례，측정공복혈당、찬후2소시혈당、당화혈홍단백、체중지수、혈압，총담고순、감유삼지、지방세포형지방산결합단백，안혈당파동장2형당뇨병환자분위A조（차치＜6mmol/L），B조（차치≧6mmol/L），비교각조지방세포형지방산결합단백수평。결과혈당파동월대，지방세포형지방산결합단백농도월고결론2형당뇨병환자혈당파동여지방세포형지방산결합단백농도상관，가작위평고2형당뇨병위험인소지표지일。
Objective To study the relationship between blood glucose fluctuations and adipocyte fatty acid binding protein in patients with type 2 diabetes. Methods 40 patients with type 2 diabetes and 20 healthy people, examine the fasting plasma glucose(FPG), 2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),glycosylated hemoglobin(HbAlc),body mass index(BMI), blood pressure(BP), cholesterol(TC),triglyceride (TG), Adipocyte fatty acid binding protein(A-FABP).According to the blood glucose fluctuations ,we divided 40 patients with type 2 diabetes into 2 groups:A group(difference<6mmol/L),B group(difference≧6mmol/L), and the A-FABP levels were compared between them. Results The larger the blood glucose fluctuations,the higher adipocyte fatty acid binding protein concentration. Conclusion The blood glucose fluctuations of the patient with type 2 diabetes is closely related with adipocyte fatty acid binding protein concentration,and may serve as a useful marker for the type 2 diabetes.
