目的：总结运用网塞和补片进行无张力修补术治疗腹股沟斜疝的临床体会和探讨其治疗效果。方法：回顾性分析我院2011年1月～2013年12月20例腹股沟斜疝无张力疝修补的临床资料。结果：20例患者手术后各种比较参数均明显优于传统治疗方式，随访1年亦无复发病例。结论：局部麻醉下运用网塞和补片作充填式无张力疝修补术具有手术时间短，手术成本低，术后恢复快等优点。

목적：총결운용망새화보편진행무장력수보술치료복고구사산적림상체회화탐토기치료효과。방법：회고성분석아원2011년1월～2013년12월20례복고구사산무장력산수보적림상자료。결과：20례환자수술후각충비교삼수균명현우우전통치료방식，수방1년역무복발병례。결론：국부마취하운용망새화보편작충전식무장력산수보술구유수술시간단，수술성본저，술후회복쾌등우점。
Objective: To summarize the mesh plug and patch without clinical treatment of indirect inguinal hernia tension repair experience and investigate the treatment effect. Methods: retrospective analysis of our hospital from 2011 January to 2013 December 20 cases of indirect inguinal hernia without tension hernia repair of clinical data. Results: 20 patients after operation of various parameters were significantly better than conventional treatment, fol ow-up of 1 years and no recurrence. Conclusion: under local anesthesia with mesh perfix plug and mesh for tension-free hernia repair with shorter operation time, operation cost is low, the advantages of rapid recovery after operation.
