目的:重视脑瘫中重度吞咽障碍患儿的进食护理,提高脑瘫吞咽障碍患儿的生存质量。方法:随机选取我院2011年1月~2013年12月期间接受康复治疗的149例脑瘫吞咽障碍患儿,进行随机对照分组,分成观察组和对照组,观察组采用具有针对性的综合护理干预措施,对照组采用常规护理干预措施。在护理干预结束后,观察两组患儿的护理效果与进食技能评价表评分。结果:观察组护理后进食技能评价表评分显著优于对照组,两组对比有非常显著性差异( P<0.01);两组患儿经过护理后,观察组总有效率为93.3%,对照组的74.3%;观察组总有效率显著由于对照组,有统计学差异( P<0.05)。结论:对脑瘫吞咽障碍患儿采取早期综合护理干预方式,能够有效帮助改善患儿的吞咽功能,提高进食技能。

Objective: importance of cerebral palsy in children with moderate to severe dysphasia eating care, swal owing disorders in children with cerebral palsy to improve the quality of life . Methods: A hospital in January 2011 ~ December 2013 while receiving rehabilitation treatment 149 cases of dysphasia in children with cerebral palsy, randomized control ed grouped into observation group and control group, the observation group comprehensive nursing intervention targeted measures to control group using conventional care interventions. After the nursing intervention effects were observed in children’s care and feeding skil s evaluation form scores. Results: The evaluation form after nursing eating skil s scores were significantly better than the control group , comparing the two groups was significant difference (P <0.01); two groups of children after treatment , total effective rate was 93.3 % in the control group the 74.3% ; observation group, the total efficiency is significantly due to the control group, there was significant difference (P <0.05). Conclusion: Children with cerebral palsy dysphasia taken care of early integrated intervention can effectively help improve children swal owing function, improve eating skil s.
