随着新媒体的不断发展，社会对传播专业人才实践能力培养的要求也越来越高。本文在分析新媒体传播专业实践教学中存在的问题的基础上，总结出“四位一体”实践教学的基本架构，从创新实践课程建设、建立导师工作室、产学研一体化、毕业实习与毕业设计一体化和师资队伍建设等方面对实践教学改革进行探索。

With the continuous development of new media, the requirement for the cultivation of communication professionals' practice ability is increasingly high. Based on analyzing the problems existing in the practice teaching of the new media com-munication major, as well as many years of teaching experience, this paper summed up the basic structure of "Four-in-One"practice teaching, and explored practice teaching reform from the following aspects, including innovating practice course construc-tion, establishing tutor studios, integrating production, study and research, and integrating graduation practice and graduation de-sign as well as constructing teaching staff and so on.
