为了响应国家中长期教育改革和发展纲要的要求，牢固树立高素质创新型人才的培养工作是高校工作的核心的观念；充分发挥高校在知识创新、技术创新等创新体系中的作用；本着面向现代化，为社会服务，培养实践性高素质人才的目标，针对临床医学专业教育要培养什么样的学生的问题，确立了“借助现代化手段，为临床医学专业学生建设医学智能信息化知识构建平台，并以其为核心，进行教学向创新型实践性体系转变的改革”的目标，逐步建立了e医学影像学智能信息化知识构建平台，重点在其上进行了现代临床医学教学体系改革的实践。
