[目的]探讨对老年食管癌病人实施个体化护理的效果。[方法]选取2013年1月-2013年6月收治的60例老年食管癌病人为对照组，按照疾病护理常规进行护理；选取2013年7月-2013年12月收治的60例老年食管癌病人为观察组，制订个体化护理方案，实施个体化护理，比较两组病人对护理工作的满意度评分。[结果]观察组病人的满意度评分明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。[结论]对老年食管癌病人实施个体化护理可以有效提高病人的满意度。
[목적]탐토대노년식관암병인실시개체화호리적효과。[방법]선취2013년1월-2013년6월수치적60례노년식관암병인위대조조，안조질병호리상규진행호리；선취2013년7월-2013년12월수치적60례노년식관암병인위관찰조，제정개체화호리방안，실시개체화호리，비교량조병인대호리공작적만의도평분。[결과]관찰조병인적만의도평분명현우우대조조(P<0.01)。[결론]대노년식관암병인실시개체화호리가이유효제고병인적만의도。
Obj ective:To probe into the effect of individual nursing care for elderly patients with esophageal carcinoma.Methods:A total of 60 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer were selected as control group from January to June in 2013,and nursing care was carried out for them in ac-cordance with the disease care routine;another 60 cases of elderly patients with esophageal cancer were selected as the observation group from July to December in 2013,and the individualized nursing program was made and individual nursing was carried out for them,then to compare patients’sat-isfaction score with nursing work between both groups.Results:The satis-faction score of patients in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group (P<0.01).Conclusion:Individual nursing care can improve the satisfaction of elderly patients with esophageal cancer.
