[目的]探讨整体护理比较学习表在临床教学中的应用对护生职业认同感的影响。[方法]将63名大专实习护生分为干预组31名和对照组32名,干预组运用整体护理比较教学方式,对照组进行常规整体护理教学方式,2个月后对干预组及对照组护生的职业认同感进行比较。[结果]干预后干预组护生职业认同感高于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]使用整体护理比较学习表进行临床整体护理教学能有效提高护生职业认同感。

Objective:To probe into influence of application of nursing students’overall care comparative learning table on their professional iden-tity.Methods:A total of 6 3 cases of college nursing students in Oriental classes were divided into intervention group (31 cases)and control group (32 cases),the holistic nursing comparative teaching was used for students in intervention group,teaching routine overall care teaching style was used for students in control group,then to compare professional identity of nurs-ing students between both groups after two months.Results:Professional identity of nursing students in intervention group after intervention was higher than that of control group (P<0.05).Conclusion:The overall care comparative learning table applied in clinical overall care teaching can effec-tively improve professional identity of nurses.
