采用模糊层次分析法( FAHP)对氧化铝生产中的蒸发设备进行优选,重点考察了4个性能指标对8种蒸发器进行优选,得出6种不同优选方案下的排序结果。解决了由于蒸发设备形式多、影响因数多对选型带来的困难。证明了利用FAHP进行设备优选的可行性、有效性、科学性。

Optimization of Evaporation Equipment in alumina production by using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process ( FAHP) was carried out , and through focus on reviewing four performance index , the eight kinds of e-vaporation devices were optimized so that obtained sequencing results of six different optimizing schemes which solved the difficulty due to more model of evaporation devices and influence factors on selection and proved feasi-bility, effectiveness and scientificity for equipment selection by using FAHP .
