The emergence of BIM technology effectively contributed to the formation of new paradigm with BIM technology as a platform of integrated organization .According to the characteristics of the integrated organization-al structure for large-scale engineering projects , a set of reasonable and advanced evaluation index system based on BIM organizational structure was tried to determine and the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model for the new organization structure was also established .
