针对公共建筑低碳设计和碳排放计量的需要,构建了基于BIM的公共建筑低碳设计分析方法和碳排放计量模型。建立了公共建筑低碳设计分析流程,以一栋样本公共建筑为实例,进行了建筑地理环境影响分析和建筑本体节能效果分析,包括建筑热工性能和建筑光环境分析,提出了低碳设计的优化对策。建立了公共建筑碳排放计量清单构成和分析流程,分别对样本建筑的建造、运营和拆除三个阶段的碳排放量进行了计算,进而得出了建筑生命周期的碳排放总量数值,分析了公共建筑生命周期的碳排放贡献比例,指出降低公共建筑生命周期运营阶段的能耗是控制和减少公共建筑碳排放量的最重要措施。本研究成果为进一步开展公共建筑低碳设计和建立公共建筑碳排放计量标准提供了实证参考。

Focused on the demand for low-carbon design and carbon emission calculation of public building, the analysis method of low-carbon design and the calculation model of carbon emission for public building based on BIM are established. The analysis process of low-carbon design of public building is set up, then, taking a sample public building as an example, the architectural geographical environment impacts and the building energy saving effects are analyzed which includes the analysis of thermal performance and light environment, and the optimization countermeasures of low-carbon design is put forward. The calculation lists structure of carbon emission of public building and its analysis process is set up, and the carbon emissions of sample building during its three stages which including construction, use and disposal, are calculated separately. Furthermore, the total carbon emissions of building life cycle is concluded, and the contribution proportion of carbon emission of building life cycle is analyzed. The paper points out that the most important stage to control and cut down carbon emission of public building is the stage of building use. Finally, a set of practical case is provided for further research on analysis of low-carbon design and carbon emission calculation standard of public building.
