根据空压机进气噪声的频谱特性设计空压机进气消声器,为研究其内部的声学特性和阻力特性,运用声学软件LMS Virtual Lab对空压机消声器的声学性能进行仿真分析,得到了其传递损失曲线;运用计算流体力学软件FLUENT对消声器的阻力特性进行仿真分析,得到其阻力特性,为消声器的改进优化提供了据。

Based on the intake noise spectrum of air compressor, a muffler for the air compressor is designed. In order to study its acoustic characteristics and internal resistance characteristics, LMS Virtual Lab is used to simulate and analyze the acoustic performance of the air compressor muffler , its transmission loss curve is received. Computational fluid dynamics software FLUENT is used to simulate and analyze its resistance characteristics and its resistance characteristics is obtained .It provides a basis to improve and optimize the structure of muffler.
