通过对多种大功率柴油机消声器的研究,提出消声器体特征的概念,按照消声器体特征特点对消声器进行重新分类,然后基于声学软件Virtual Lab对其中几种消声器进行研究。在基于Virtual Lab的研究中采用最新的有限元FEM结合管道声学模态AML方法,并将这种方法与传统有限元方法得到的传递损失结果进行比较,最终得出相应的实验结论。

This paper proposes the concept of muffler body characteristics with researching a variety of high-power diesel engine mufflers. The mufflers are reclassified in accordance with the features of muffler body characteristic. Then several kinds of mufflers are studied by using the acoustic software Virtual Lab. Based on Virtual Lab, this paper used the newest method that combining FEM with AML. And the results obtained by this method and the traditional finite element method are compared. Finally, this paper gets the corresponding experimental results.
