通过选取多孔玻璃的孔隙率、孔径、厚度、烧结温度、烧结时间等因素,设计正交优化实验,研究各因素对材料吸声性能的影响,获得优化方案,并制备高吸声性能的多孔玻璃。

통과선취다공파리적공극솔、공경、후도、소결온도、소결시간등인소,설계정교우화실험,연구각인소대재료흡성성능적영향,획득우화방안,병제비고흡성성능적다공파리。
Through selecting the factors of porosity, pore diameter, panel thickness of porous glass material, sintering temperature, sintering period, the orthogonal experiment is designed. By investigating the effects of these five factors on sound absorption performance, the optimal scheme is obtained and porous glass with excellent material sound absorption performance in broadband range is made.
