采用盐模烧结法制备孔隙率约为77%的多孔玻璃材料,研究烧结温度对多孔玻璃体积收缩率、体密度、孔隙率、径向收缩率及轴向收缩率的影响;以及对材料吸声性能的影响。结果表明,烧结温度低于无机盐熔点的时,温度越高越好,这样有利于多孔玻璃的机械性能提高,同时保持其优异的吸声性能。
採用鹽模燒結法製備孔隙率約為77%的多孔玻璃材料,研究燒結溫度對多孔玻璃體積收縮率、體密度、孔隙率、徑嚮收縮率及軸嚮收縮率的影響;以及對材料吸聲性能的影響。結果錶明,燒結溫度低于無機鹽鎔點的時,溫度越高越好,這樣有利于多孔玻璃的機械性能提高,同時保持其優異的吸聲性能。

Porous glass material with about 77%porosity is prepared by burning the mixture which is made of glass powder and soluble salt. This paper aims to investigate the effect of sintering temperature on volume contractive rate, volume density, radial and axial contractive rate, porosity of porous glass material and sound absorption. It is found that, when sintering temperature is below melting point of soluble salt the higher temperature can enhance mechanical property of porous glass material and at the same time its sound absorption performance remain good.
