高压直流换流站由于单体设备噪声大,数量多且分散,对周边的环境噪声影响大,因此需要进行噪声治理。为达到噪声控制目标,不仅要对换流站的各控制方案进行噪声预测对比计算,还要尽可能提高预测精度。针对目前主要噪声源设备声功率级难以确定,对噪声预测精度影响较大的难题,提出一种具有实用价值的实地测量与噪声预测软件计算相结合的方法。高压直流换流站噪声控制主要从合理选择站址、优化总平面布置、降低声源、采用换流变前增设隔声屏障、交流滤波电抗器采用低噪声电抗器、在交流滤波器周围围墙上设置轻型隔声吸声屏障等方面采取措施。运用Sound Plan对某一高压换流站进行噪声预测分析,并在治理结束后进行实地测量,结果表明:采取上述措施后,敏感点达标,对敏感点影响的厂界测点达标,且预测值和实测值误差在0~2 dB(A)范围内,实现环境效益和经济效益和谐发展。

Due to the strong noise, numerous and scattered equipments,HVDC has great influence on the surrounding acoustic environment, therefore it needs to carry out the noise control.In order to achieve the goal of noise control, HVDC is not only to develop predicting each control scheme's computation, but also as far as possible to improve the prediction accuracy. At present, the main noise source equipment of sound power level is difficult to determine, however noise prediction accuracy is greatly influenced by this problem, so this paper presents an new approach which is combining with the field measurements and noise prediction calculation software. Noise treatment schemes must take measures in proper site selection,optimum general layout,sound source reduction, sound barrier in front of converter transformers,using low noise reactor in AC filter reactor and installing light sound insulation and sound barrier on walls surrounding AC filter, etc. By using the software of SoundPlan to predict the noise of a HVDC converter station, the results show that the noise value of the test points are in agreement with the standards with these measures and the error of the predicted value and the measured values is in the 2 dB(A) range,which can realize harmonious development between environmental benefits and economic benefits.
