对运营中的高速列车进行车内振动与噪声现场测试,分析高速列车车内振动和噪声特性,明确车内振动与噪声的水平及频谱特性,同时对车轮表面粗糙度进行同步测试,分析车轮非圆化特征,比较分析车轮径跳幅值及车轮多边形阶次对高速列车车内振动与噪声的影响。结果表明,车轮第20阶多边形是使车内振动和噪声偏大,并形成580 Hz显著频率的主要原因,相关结果对高速列车车内振动与噪声控制及指导车轮镟修有重要意义。

The interior vibration and noise of the high-speed train were measured on the line with the purpose of identifying their characteristics. The obtained results were analyzed to obtain the sound pressure/vibration level and the spectra. Meanwhile, the out-of-roundness of the high-speed wheel surface was also measured in order to correlate the roughness in the wheel contact surface and the interior vibration and noise, for which effects of the high-order polygonal wear and radial run-out are both considered. It is found that the 20 th polygonal wear of the wheel, corresponding to the passing frequency of about 580 Hz, plays a significant role in the high interior vibration and noise experienced on the line. The data shown in this work provides a significant contribution for design of the low-noise trains and improvement of the wheel re-profile techniques.
