分析某直型辐板车轮是否喷涂阻尼材料的振动声辐射特性,通过力锤敲击试验,获得车轮的固有频率、模态阻尼比及频率响应函数,分析喷涂式阻尼车轮振动特性,通过半消声室声辐射测试,给出喷涂式阻尼车轮的声能量级,结合车轮振动分析声辐射特性。结果表明喷涂式阻尼车轮可以有效降低车轮振动和声能量级,与裸轮相比,径向激励下总声能量级可降低6.4 dB,轴向激励下总声能量级可降低4.3 dB。
分析某直型輻闆車輪是否噴塗阻尼材料的振動聲輻射特性,通過力錘敲擊試驗,穫得車輪的固有頻率、模態阻尼比及頻率響應函數,分析噴塗式阻尼車輪振動特性,通過半消聲室聲輻射測試,給齣噴塗式阻尼車輪的聲能量級,結閤車輪振動分析聲輻射特性。結果錶明噴塗式阻尼車輪可以有效降低車輪振動和聲能量級,與裸輪相比,徑嚮激勵下總聲能量級可降低6.4 dB,軸嚮激勵下總聲能量級可降低4.3 dB。

This paper analyzes the vibration and sound radiation characteristics of a straight web railway wheel with and without sprayed damping material. The natural frequencies, damping ratios and frequency response function (FRF) are obtained through the test by using force hammer excitation. The sound energy level (SEL) is obtained through the test of sound radiation in the semi-anechoic room, and is analyzed with vibration characteristics. The analysis results show that the FRF and SEL of the damped wheel reduce efficiently. The SEL of the damped wheel in the overall range in radial and axial excitations are, respectively, 6.4 dB and 4.3 dB less than those of the naked one.
