以苏州地区临近京沪高铁一住区开发项目为例,通过现场对噪声的实测、列车通行频率的统计,结合噪声数值模拟预测等技术,对项目噪声污染情况进行预测分析并从项目规划、定位、建筑设计等角度进行优化,降低了噪声对小区的影响约5~7 dB,提出了合理的建筑立面的隔声性能需求,最终从环境噪声控制、小区品质保障等方面协助开发商通过土地规划报批。

A project which was affected by high speed rail noise was analyzed in this paper. Some effective technology such as noise testing, statistics of the traffic flow, software simulation were applied to evaluate the effect from noise. Finally some suggestion which were based on planning, project positioning, design and were considered to reduce 5~7dB were given to the owner in order to pass planning audit.
