目的:探讨音乐电针治疗阿尔茨海默病( AD )的可能作用机制。方法:将SAMP8小鼠随机分为模型组、药物组和音乐电针组,SAMR1小鼠作为正常组。药物组给予盐酸多奈哌齐0.92mg/kg灌胃给药;音乐电针组电针“百会”、“印堂”穴20 min后,点刺“水沟”穴。采用Morris水迷宫测定小鼠学习记忆能力,免疫组化法检测小鼠大脑皮层NEP及IDE的表达。结果:音乐电针改善模型小鼠学习记忆能力与药物比较,无显著性差异( P>0.05),并能显著提高大脑皮层NEP及IDE表达( P<0.05)。结论:音乐电针具有改善AD学习记忆障碍的作用,其机制可能与促进Aβ降解酶表达有关。

목적:탐토음악전침치료아이자해묵병( AD )적가능작용궤제。방법:장SAMP8소서수궤분위모형조、약물조화음악전침조,SAMR1소서작위정상조。약물조급여염산다내고제0.92mg/kg관위급약;음악전침조전침“백회”、“인당”혈20 min후,점자“수구”혈。채용Morris수미궁측정소서학습기억능력,면역조화법검측소서대뇌피층NEP급IDE적표체。결과:음악전침개선모형소서학습기억능력여약물비교,무현저성차이( P>0.05),병능현저제고대뇌피층NEP급IDE표체( P<0.05)。결론:음악전침구유개선AD학습기억장애적작용,기궤제가능여촉진Aβ강해매표체유관。
Objective:To observe the influence of music electro -acupuncture ( EA ) on the behavior and the expression of NEP and IDE in cerebral cortex of SAMP 8, so as to explore its mechanism underlying relief of Alzheimer’s Disease(AD).Methods:SAMP8 mice were randomly divided into model , medication and music EA groups.SAMR1 mice were used as the control group .Mice of the medication group were treated by oral administration of donepezil(0.92mg/kg).Music EA was applied to “Baihui”(GV20) and “Yintang”(EX-HN3) for 20min, and then swift pricked “Shuigou”(GV26).The learning memory ability of mice was detec-ted by using Morris Water Maze .The expression levels of NEP and IDE in cerebral cortex were assayed by im-munohistochemistry .Results:Compared with the model group , the learning memory ability of the music EA group improved obviously as well as the medication group ( P>0 .05 );The expression levels of NEP and IDE in cerebral cortex were increased obviously ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Music EA can effectively improve learning memory ability of SAMP8 mice which may be closely associated with their effects on improving the expression of NEP and IDE in cerebral cortex .
