以非均相回流技术制备了开口ZnS空心微球,通过反应时间、搅拌速度、反应温度、水油比和搅拌方式等探究了反应条件对ZnS微球形貌的影响。结果表明,水油比1∶4,反应温度55℃,磁力搅拌速度20 r/m,反应时间2 h是比较适宜的反应条件,能够制备得到球形结构完好、大小均一、尺寸约为8μm的开口硫化锌空心微球。

ZnS hollow microspheres with small open holes are successfully prepared by using heterogeneous-phase reflux technology.The paper explores the effect of the reaction conditions, such as refluxing time,stirring speed,reaction temperature,water-oil ratio and stirring method, on the morphology of ZnS microspheres.The suitable reaction conditions are obtained,that is, the water-oil ratio is 1∶4,the reaction temperature is 55 ℃,the stirring speed is 20 r/m,and the refluxing time is 2 hours.The obtained ZnS hollow microspheres have ideal form and well-dis-tributed size,and its average diameter of the microspheres is 8μm.
