计算机图形学的发展有力的促进了医学影像处理技术的普及和应用。图形压缩和编码是阻碍医学影像处理的关键技术之一。本文针对图像分形编码过程中存在的方块效应和编码时间过长的问题,提出基于压缩感知和分形编码快速图像处理算法,该算法对低频子图实施分形编码,降低处理时间,接着对低频差值图像实施压缩感知编码,实验结果表明该算法能够有效的提升图像处理速度,并且提升了重构图形的质量。

The development of computer graphics has forcefully promoted the popularization and application of medical image processing technology. Image compression and coding is one of the key technologies of obstacles in medical image processing. In terms of the prob-lem of blocking effect and the encoding time of fractal image coding in the process,this pa-per proposed algorithm based on compressed sensing and fast fractal image coding,which used fractal coding for low frequency sub image to reduce processing time,and then the low frequency difference image was implemented by compressed sensing code. The experimen-tal results show that the algorithm can improve the image processing speed effectively,and enhance the quality of reconstruction image.
