By analyzing the reasonability of water intaking for Pulang Copper Mine project , a series of water-saving measures were adapted , and the regulation on annual water consumption was carried out by using of tail -ings dam water in order to achieve the purpose of harmonious development and coexistence and common prosperi -ty between both ecological environment and the mining exploration .
