针对综合类自然科学期刊面临的办刊困境，深入分析了综合类自然科学期刊组稿劣势和优势，指出了综合类自然科学期刊组稿的定位，提出了综合类自然科学期刊的组稿思路，认为综合类自然科学期刊应该立足学科和资源特色，以学术带头人为栏目主编，根据资源特色、学科带头人专业方向、产业科技需要、新兴学科和交叉学科方向设置栏目，办出特色，创出品牌。

In response to difficult publication ,the disadvantage and advantage of solicitation of comprehensive scientific journals were analyzed ,the positioning and ideas of soliciting contributions were put forward .It is believed in this article that comprehensive scientific journals must be based on the features of discipline and resources ,on the academic leader engagement as a column editor .Col-umns must be set on the basis of resource features ,of the academic leaders'profession ,the need of in-dustry in science and technology ,new branches of science and interdisciplines .
