目的 分析优质护理服务应用于眼科门诊护理中的效果,总结优质护理服务应用要点c方法 以本院2012年1月至12月应用优质护理服务后护理的68例眼科门诊患者作为观察组,本院2011年1月至12月应用前护理的59例眼科门诊患者作为对照组,评估患者的心理状态,并对护理工作的满意度进行调查对比分析.结果 观察组患者焦虑发生率为16.18%、抑郁发生率为8.82%,对照组患者焦虑发生率为32.20%、抑郁发生率为22.03%,对照组中有焦虑或抑郁心理症状者明显多于观察组(P<0.05);观察组患者对护理服务的总满意率为97.06%,对照组总满意率为79.66%,观察组显著高于对照组(P< 0.01).结论 优质护理服务应用于眼科门诊当中可有效缓解患者不良情绪,提高患者满意度,应于门诊护理工作中推广应用.

Objective To analyze the effect of high quality care used in ophthalmology outpatient care,and summarize high quality care application points.Methods 68 cases of ophthalmic outpatients in our hospital from January to December 2012 after application of high quality care nursing were set as the observation group,59 cases of eye care outpatients in our hospital from January to December 2011 before application were set as the control group,patients' mental states were assessed,and nursing job satisfaction survey was conducted to have comparative analysis.Results After application of high quality care,overall nursing service satisfaction rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(97.06% vs 79.66%),P < 0.01; psychological symptoms of anxiety or depression of patients in the control group were significantly more than those of the observation group(32.20% vs 16.18%,22.03% vs 8.82%),P < 0.05.Conclusion High quality care used in ophthalmology clinic can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients,improve patients' satisfaction,which should be promoted and applied in outpatient care.
