城市轨道交通的振动和噪声问题越来越引起人们的重视,因此控制轨道交通噪声和振动是改善乘客舒适性和环境保护的重要课题。在轨道交通区段采取相应的轨道减振降噪措施,有效地减小列车运行引起的振动。针对成都地铁一号线现场测试比较DTVI2型普通扣件、GJ-I型轨道减振器和GJ-III型双层非线性减振扣件三种轨道扣件系统的动态特性及在正常运营条件下轨道动态变形及振动水平。结果表明GJ-III型扣件符合设计标准,满足列车运行安全要求,GJ-III型扣件相对DTVI2型普通扣件的减振效果可达10.1 dB,减振效果显著,达到振动环保要求。

Recently, control of vibration and noise due to railroad transportation is becoming a more and more important issue. It is also an important subject to improve passenger’s comfort and to satisfy the requirement of environment protection. In order to decrease the vibration and its propagation caused by the running trains, it is necessary to employ some measures to reduce vibration and noise of rails. This paper describes the testing and analysis method for determination of dynamic deflection and vibration of tracks. Then, the dynamic deflection and vibration levels of a track in a normal operation condition are compared with those of the tracks with three rail fastening systems in Chengdu Metro Line 1. These rail fastening systems are the standard baseplate type DTV I2, Cologne egg type GJ-I and double resilient layers type GJ-III. The measurement results show that the GJ-III fastener can meet the safety and design requirements;and in comparison with the standard DTV I2 fastening system, the track vibration level can be reduced by 10.1 dB.
