以组培难生根的大花序桉(Eucalyptus cloeziana)和易生根尾巨桉继代苗为材料,用生物和化学显色方法鉴定大花序桉的内源生根抑制物质。结果表明:与尾巨桉相比,大花序桉继代苗提取液对绿豆和红豆的发芽无显著影响;大花序桉提取原液对绿豆插条发根率、发根量和根长均有明显的促进作用,尾巨桉GL9原液则有明显的抑制作用,差异达显著水平,提取液稀释1倍后无显著差异;两者提取液含黄酮类物质,不含烯醇结构酚类和皂甙,初步判断大花序桉组培生根的抑制物质可能为黄酮类物质。

이조배난생근적대화서안(Eucalyptus cloeziana)화역생근미거안계대묘위재료,용생물화화학현색방법감정대화서안적내원생근억제물질。결과표명:여미거안상비,대화서안계대묘제취액대록두화홍두적발아무현저영향;대화서안제취원액대록두삽조발근솔、발근량화근장균유명현적촉진작용,미거안GL9원액칙유명현적억제작용,차이체현저수평,제취액희석1배후무현저차이;량자제취액함황동류물질,불함희순결구분류화조대,초보판단대화서안조배생근적억제물질가능위황동류물질。
Rooting inhibitors of Eucalyptus cloeziana were studied with E .cloeziana rooting hard and E .urophylla × E .grandis clone (GL9) rooting easily from biological effect and chemical assay , etc .Results showed that ,compared with GL9 ,the biological effect of E .cloez iana subculture extract was stronger ,E .cloeziana subculture seedlings extract had no significant effect of Mung bean and red bean sprout ;while the acidity and the main acid substance were similar ,and the difference for chemi-cal assay of phenolic compounds was significant .The content of phenolic compounds in E .cloeziana extract was evidently greater by determination .Both phenolic compound that had inhibitive effect and phenolic compound that had promoting effect existed in the GL9 extract ,while there was only inhibi-tive monohydric phenolic in E .cloeziana cuttings by GC MS analysis .This preliminary indicated that the inhibition effect of acid substance on E .cloeziana cuttings rooting was not significant ,while the monohydric phenolic of phenolic compounds probably had certain inhibition effect on E .cloez iana cut-tings rooting .
