目的探讨全程康复护理对抑郁症患者治疗依从性的影响.方法对80例住院抑郁症患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各40例.对照组患者进行常规的治疗护理,观察组患者在常规的治疗护理基础上实施全程康复护理,比较两组患者干预前后抑郁、焦虑得分及治疗依从性.结果治疗前两组患者的汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)评分比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05)；观察组干预4,8周后HAMD得分为(13.00±3.13),(6.15 ±2.50)分,HAMA得分分别为(9.20±2.31),(4.80±2.12)分；对照组干预4,8周后HAMD得分分别为(15.05 ±2.89),(8.00±2.73)分,HAMA得分分别为(11.20±2.55),(6.60±1.47)分,两组HAMD及HAMA得分比较差异有统计学意义(t值分别为-2.60,-3.13,-2.15,-2.23；P＜0.05).出院1年后,两组患者在社会适应、遵嘱服药、定期复查等方面依从性比较差异有统计学意义(Z值分别为-12.71,-2.44,-3.33；P＜0.05).结论全程康复护理有利于改善患者的焦虑、抑郁情绪,提高患者对治疗的依从性,为抑郁症患者全面康复提供依据.

Objective To explore the effect of whole-process rehabilitation nursing on treatment adherence in patients with depression.Methods A total of 80 hospitalized patients with depression were randomly divided into two groups according to random number method:the experimental group (n =40) with whole-process rehabilitation nursing and the control group (n =40) with routine nursing.The depression and anxiety scores and treatment adherence between the two groups were compared before and after nursing intervention.Results Before nursing intervention,Hamilton Depression Scale (HAMD) and Hamilton anxiety scale (HAMA) scores were not statistically significant between two groups (P ＞ 0.05).Four and eight weeks after nursing intervention,HAMD scores were (13.00 ± 3.13) and (6.15 ± 2.50) and HAMA scores were (9.20 ± 2.31) and (4.80 ± 2.12) in the experimental group,respectively; and HAM D scores were (15.05 ±2.89) and (8.00 ± 2.73) and HAMA scores were (11.20 ± 2.55) and (6.60 ± 1.47) in the control group,respectively; HAMD and HAMA scores were statistically significantly different between the two groups (t =-2.60,-3.13,-2.15,-2.23,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).One year of discharge,there were statistically significant differences between the two groups at social adaptation,medication adherence,regular reexamination (Z =-12.71,-2.44,-3.33,respectively; P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions The whole-process rehabilitation nursing can help to improve the patient's anxiety and depression and to increase treatment adherence,in order to provide a theoretical basis for comprehensive rehabilitation of patients with depression.
