目的：观察慢性乙型肝炎中医证型与拉米夫定抗病毒疗效及耐药发生情况的关系。方法：选择符合抗病毒治疗的慢性乙型肝炎患者150例，按中医辨证分湿热中阻型、肝郁脾虚型、肝肾阴虚型、脾肾阳虚型、瘀血阻络型。各型患者分别服用拉米夫定抗病毒治疗3年，观察拉米夫定对不同中医证型患者的HBV DNA的转阴率以及耐药发生情况与中医证型之间的关系。结果：湿热中阻型患者HBV DNA的转阴率最高，而耐药发生率最低，与其他证型比较差异有统计学意义。结论：慢性乙型肝炎患者拉米夫定抗病毒的疗效及耐药发生率与中医证型相关。
목적：관찰만성을형간염중의증형여랍미부정항병독료효급내약발생정황적관계。방법：선택부합항병독치료적만성을형간염환자150례，안중의변증분습열중조형、간욱비허형、간신음허형、비신양허형、어혈조락형。각형환자분별복용랍미부정항병독치료3년，관찰랍미부정대불동중의증형환자적HBV DNA적전음솔이급내약발생정황여중의증형지간적관계。결과：습열중조형환자HBV DNA적전음솔최고，이내약발생솔최저，여기타증형비교차이유통계학의의。결론：만성을형간염환자랍미부정항병독적료효급내약발생솔여중의증형상관。
Objective: To study the relationship between the traditional chinese medicine ( TCM ) syndrome of chronic hepatitis B ( CHB) and the anti-viral curative effect and drug resistance rate by lamivudine.Methods: One hundred and fifty patients of CHB were divided into five groups by TCM syndrome , which were damp-heat blocking the middle group ( A) , de-pressed liver and deficient spleen group ( B) , Yin deficiency of liver and kidney group ( C) , Yang deficiency of spleen and kid-ney group ( D) and blood stasis blocking collaterals group ( E) .The patients orally took lamivudine for three years and the rela-tionship between the rate of the negativity rate and HBV DNA of drug resistance of different TCM syndrome were closely investiga -ted.Results: The highest negativity rate of HBV DNA and the lowest drug resistance rate were in damp -heat blocking the middle group (A), comparison with other TCM syndrome with statistical significance.Conclusion: The anti-viral curative effect and drug resistance rate of lamivudine treatment in patients with CHB is closely correlated with TCM syndrome .
