以壳聚糖和酸改性粉煤灰为原料,制备壳聚糖交联酸改性粉煤灰吸附剂.利用SEM、XRD、FTIR对其结构进行表征,考察其制备及吸附条件对Mn2+去除率的影响.结果表明:制备时,当壳聚糖与酸改性粉煤灰的质量比为1∶10,交联剂用量为2 mL/g;吸附时,废水pH为9,吸附时间为90 min,吸附剂用量为10 g/L时, Mn2+去除率为98.7%.
以殼聚糖和痠改性粉煤灰為原料,製備殼聚糖交聯痠改性粉煤灰吸附劑.利用SEM、XRD、FTIR對其結構進行錶徵,攷察其製備及吸附條件對Mn2+去除率的影響.結果錶明:製備時,噹殼聚糖與痠改性粉煤灰的質量比為1∶10,交聯劑用量為2 mL/g;吸附時,廢水pH為9,吸附時間為90 min,吸附劑用量為10 g/L時, Mn2+去除率為98.7%.
이각취당화산개성분매회위원료,제비각취당교련산개성분매회흡부제.이용SEM、XRD、FTIR대기결구진행표정,고찰기제비급흡부조건대Mn2+거제솔적영향.결과표명:제비시,당각취당여산개성분매회적질량비위1∶10,교련제용량위2 mL/g;흡부시,폐수pH위9,흡부시간위90 min,흡부제용량위10 g/L시, Mn2+거제솔위98.7%.
The chitosan crosslinked acid modified fly ash adsorbent was prepared .Structure of the absorbent was characterized by SEM ,XRD and FTIR ,and the influence of the preparation and the adsorption conditions on the remov -al rate of Mn2 +were studied.The results showed that the removal rate was 98.7%when the mass ration of the chitosan to acid modified fly ash was 1∶10, the dosage of crosslinking agent of 2 mL/g,at the pH value of waste water of 9, ad-sorption time of 90 min, and the mass of adsorbent of 10g/L.
