通过XRF、XRD、FT-IR和RS对产自浙江缙云恐龙骨骼化石和围岩的元素组成、矿物结构和基团特征进行了分析.结果表明:化石中主要元素为钙、磷,钙磷质量比为12.7,围岩中硅、铁、钙、钾和铝含量较高;化石中钙含量是围岩的15倍,磷量为31.9倍,围岩中铁量是化石的8.5倍,硅含量是化石的11.25倍,钾含量是化石的45.6倍,铝含量是化石的7.36倍;恐龙化石的主要成分为羟基碳氟磷酸钙与碳酸钙,分别占63.9%和36.1%,围岩主要成分二氧化硅约为36.9%,其余为碳酸钙和硅酸盐的混合物.红外与拉曼峰表明,化石中存在羟基碳氟磷酸钙、方解石及少量有机物;有机物的存在表明,化石未被完全石化,且恐龙死亡后初始阶段埋藏在缺氧环境中;而围岩中则为石英、方解石和有机物.
通過XRF、XRD、FT-IR和RS對產自浙江縉雲恐龍骨骼化石和圍巖的元素組成、礦物結構和基糰特徵進行瞭分析.結果錶明:化石中主要元素為鈣、燐,鈣燐質量比為12.7,圍巖中硅、鐵、鈣、鉀和鋁含量較高;化石中鈣含量是圍巖的15倍,燐量為31.9倍,圍巖中鐵量是化石的8.5倍,硅含量是化石的11.25倍,鉀含量是化石的45.6倍,鋁含量是化石的7.36倍;恐龍化石的主要成分為羥基碳氟燐痠鈣與碳痠鈣,分彆佔63.9%和36.1%,圍巖主要成分二氧化硅約為36.9%,其餘為碳痠鈣和硅痠鹽的混閤物.紅外與拉曼峰錶明,化石中存在羥基碳氟燐痠鈣、方解石及少量有機物;有機物的存在錶明,化石未被完全石化,且恐龍死亡後初始階段埋藏在缺氧環境中;而圍巖中則為石英、方解石和有機物.

X-ray fluorescence ( XRF) , X-ray diffraction ( XRD) , Fourier transform infrared ( FTIR) and Raman spectroscopy were adopted to characterize the elements , mineral structures and groups of dinosaur fossils and surround-ing rocks from Jinyun Zhejiang in China .The results showed that the main elements of the fossils are calcium and phos-phorus.The ratio of calcium and phosphorus in fossils is 12.7.The main elements in surrounding rocks are silicon , i-ron, calcium, potassium and aluminum .The components of calcium , phosphorus in fossils are 15 and 31.9 times that in surrounding rocks, respectively.On the other hand, the components of iron, silicon, potassium and aluminum in surrounding rocks are 8.5, 11.25, 45.6 and 7.36 times that in fossils, respectively.The main contents of fossils are 63.9%hydroxyl carbonate-fluorapatite and 36.1%calcium carbonate, while the contents of silica in surrounding rocks are 36.9%, others are a mixture of calcium carbonate and silicate .The results from FTIR and Raman spectroscopy showed that there exist hydroxyl carbonate-fluorapatite , calcite and some organic matter .The organic matter indicated that the fossils do not fossilize completely .The analyses from mineral contents showed that there was lack of oxygen when the dinosaurs were buried .The results from FTIR and Raman spectroscopy also showed that the main contents are silica, calcium carbonate and organic matter .
