以江西临川高岭土为研究对象,以草酸为酸浸剂和络合剂进行除铁增白实验,考察实验的温度、时间、酸浸次数等因素对除铁增白的影响,得出最佳的除铁增白方案。最佳增白方案为:在90℃条件下,酸浸6 h,重复3次。除铁增白后,白度由原来的23.5%提升到86.4%。
以江西臨川高嶺土為研究對象,以草痠為痠浸劑和絡閤劑進行除鐵增白實驗,攷察實驗的溫度、時間、痠浸次數等因素對除鐵增白的影響,得齣最佳的除鐵增白方案。最佳增白方案為:在90℃條件下,痠浸6 h,重複3次。除鐵增白後,白度由原來的23.5%提升到86.4%。

The iron removal and bleaching experiment on Linchuan kaolin from Jiangxi was conducted, using oxalic acid as a soaking agent and complexing agent. The inlfuence of temperature, soaking time, and times of repetition on its iron removal and bleaching result was investigated, and the best iron removal and bleaching scheme was worked out. When soaked 6 hours for 3 times at 90°C, Linchuan Kaolin exhibited the best iron removal and bleaching result with its whiteness up to 86.4%from 23.5%.
