研究海绵骨架及施浆方式对多孔陶瓷孔径的影响,对在不同浸渍工艺下制备的网眼型多孔陶瓷的微观形貌和显微组织进行分析。结果表明:多孔陶瓷孔径一般随海绵骨架孔径增大而增大;NaOH溶液的腐蚀处理可以有效提高海绵骨架通透性,进而提高陶瓷骨架通透性,这可以促进陶瓷孔径增大;质量较好的海绵浸渍后制得的多孔陶瓷孔洞形状不易改变,孔径较大;过稀和过稠的料浆均会堵塞孔洞,只有料浆粘度适中才能保持陶瓷骨架较好的通透性,孔径较大;二次浸渍比多次浸渍骨架细且孔径大。

Investigate the effect of polymeric sponge network and impregnation process on porous ceramic, morphology and microstructure of porous ceramic fabricated in different impregnation process were analyzed. The results show that porous ceramic aperture becomes larger with increasing polymeric sponge network aperture. Corrosion treatment in NaOH solution can improve the permeability of sponge network and ceramic network effectively, which may result in larger ceramic aperture. Ceramic network is dififcult to change in shape and ceramic aperture becomes larger by using excellent sponge. Both thin and thick slurry will block the ceramic network. Only moderate slurry viscosity can maintain better ceramic network permeability and larger ceramic aperture. Two times impregnation result in thinner network and larger aperture than multiple times impregnation.
