近年来,受损钢构件的修复、加固获得了越来越多的应用。而受损构件的承载能力评定作为修复加固工作的重要依据,在现阶段缺少定量的深入分析。选取有凹陷的钢管和有凸起的角钢,采用规范公式、数值分析、试验验证三种方法,对比分析了局部残余变形对轴压钢构件承载能力的影响,发现在一定条件下局部残余变形使钢构件的轴压承载力增大,在评定其承载力时可根据局部变形大小来判定承载力是否会下降。
近年來,受損鋼構件的脩複、加固穫得瞭越來越多的應用。而受損構件的承載能力評定作為脩複加固工作的重要依據,在現階段缺少定量的深入分析。選取有凹陷的鋼管和有凸起的角鋼,採用規範公式、數值分析、試驗驗證三種方法,對比分析瞭跼部殘餘變形對軸壓鋼構件承載能力的影響,髮現在一定條件下跼部殘餘變形使鋼構件的軸壓承載力增大,在評定其承載力時可根據跼部變形大小來判定承載力是否會下降。

Recently,repair and reinforcement of damaged steel members become more and more popular.As an important basis for repairing design,the load-carrying capacity assessment of damaged members lacks quan-titative analysis at this stage.In this paper,a steel pipe with compression and a steel angle member with pro-trusion were employed to analyze the influence of local residual deformation on the axial load-bearing capacity of steel members by using design formula,numerical analysis,and experiments,respectively.The results show that in certain cases local residual deformation improves the axial load-bearing capacity of steel members. The possibility of the load-bearing capacity decreases can be judged by the amount of local deformation.
